iGEM (international Genetically Engineered Machine) is an annual, global competition in the field of synthetic biology. This relatively modern branch of science aims at elevating biology to an engineering science, with focus on purposeful design, modularization and industrialization of biological systems.
To realize a promising and successful project, we need a diverse team composed of motivated students of all disciplines, such as, but not limited to, Biology, Engineering, IT, chemistry as well as social sciences.
